Pre-Enrollment Application

After the initial contact, parents must submit:
Pre-enrollment forms (available online or at the school).
Required documents:
• Copy of the birth certificate
• Six recent passport-sized photos
• Copy of the previous year’s school report card with the promotion decision
• Medical certificate confirming the child’s good health
• Vaccination certificate from the health institute

Deadline: The complete application must be submitted within the school’s specified timeframe.

Evaluation & Interview

For elementary grades (CP to CM2):
An assessment test is required to evaluate the child’s academic level in French, Mathematics, Logic, and English.
Test Fee: The assessment test fee of 10,000 FCFA must be paid on the test day.

Interview with the School Administration: A meeting is scheduled with the child and parents to discuss their needs and adaptation to the bilingual program and the school’s values.

Admission Confirmation & Final Enrollment

Admission Notification:
Parents receive a response within 48 hours after the review of the application and interview.
Enrollment Fee:
Once admission is confirmed, parents must pay the enrollment fee to secure their child’s place.
School Contract Signing:
Parents commit to respecting the school rules, values, and financial policies.

Integration & School Start

A welcome day is organized to help new students discover their classroom, teachers, and classmates.
Parents must provide all school supplies and required documents listed for a smooth start to the school year.
